Shipping Policy
All packages are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages (Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS boxes. Most orders are shipped by Fed-Ex or UPS unless it is an International order it would then ship by Global Express Mail or a P.O. Box order and then it will ship by USPS. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends.
If you have an order that needs to go overnight or 2nd day please try to have that order placed by 12:00 pm. EST. Express Delivery Available for in stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are subject to verification.
Backordered Items
If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.
Returns Policy Items should be returned in 30 days of receiving order. There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. |
